Most recently, I’ve been interested in writing and strategizing for content that builds trust. Writing content that builds trust accommodates the hierarchy of human needs: belongingness and love needs, safety needs, esteem needs, and self-actualizing needs. And to the extent that I am able, I create content to help others increasingly feel a sense of belonging with a company they love.
