To Whom It May Concern:
I met Kaleb Zenk in the fall of 2014 during his freshman year at Pacific Union College, and I have continued to get to know him throughout the numerous classes he’s taken from me, as well as working as my teaching assistant.
Kaleb is energetic and a self-starter. His efficiency, ability to anticipate events, and organizational skills are superior to other students. He’s adept at managing situations and people. Most impressive is his ability to anticipate problems and deftly act on them before they spin out of control . . . . it seems that the greater the challenge, the more fun he has.
Kaleb is organized, disciplined, personable, energetic, and able to finesse situations and people. If you tell Kaleb that something needs to be done tomorrow, he’ll have it done tonight and it will be done with bells and whistles. Of all the students I’ve taught over the past 12 years, Kaleb falls into the top 10 percent of students who possess these attributes and excels at them.
Not only was Kaleb interested in earning high grades in the classroom (which he did), but also he cared about understanding the course content in ways that would ensure he was prepared to enter the professional world. I have observed that Kaleb is strategic in how he spends his time and to what he commits himself. Kaleb is refreshingly coachable – willing to take criticism and feedback and channel it into delivering an even better product.
Kaleb has been tenacious about networking, pursuing internships that would put him at an advantage in the job market and position himself to be a qualified candidate.
Kaleb is interested in developing content strategy, a job he would excel at as he is perceptive and sensitive enough to determine a customer’s needs. His writing skills are strong, and he’s not intimidated by a blank page, has solid ideas and enjoys seeing a project through from conception to hitting the market. Kaleb will be an asset to your organization.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to me with further questions. Sincerely,
